Jobing Description

Provides expertise and support to all areas of HR and recruits, screens, interviews and hires qulaified candidates to fill existing job openings. This person will also assist with other projects and generalist duties including, but not limited to; employee relations, new hire orientations and internal transfers.

Skills / Requirements

*Bachelor's degree and 3 plus years of related
experience and/or training
*Advanced skills in interviewing techniques
* Extensive knowledge of personnel policy &
procedures, federal & state laws
* Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft
office
* SPR or SPHR certification preferred
