The Sr. Director of Pricing Innovation & Strategy-PBM is a vital leader responsible for delivering on critical PBM initiatives focused on improving PBM pricing to better meet plan sponsor and member needs. In this high visibility leadership role, you will develop a team who investigates opportunities, crafts solutions, commercializes and operationally supports innovations to our existing products and processes. In addition, you will lead a team of individuals passionate about developing disruptive product and process strategies that create enterprise value.
Working closely with senior executives and business partners at all levels of the organization to understand the business and marketplace needs to rapidly deliver best in-class solutions. As a leader of this team you will identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis or measure success. You will have shown capability conducting and leading quantitative analysis, with the highest level of attention to detail. Work from home.
* 10 + yrs experience within the healthcare industry, specifically supporting product development or a similar industry or focus.
* 6+ yrs of demonstrated direct people leadership experience, managing teams across multiple locations and functions.
* 4+ yrs of strategy experience within an operational environment, ideally within health care
* PBM experience
* Underwriting experience
Bachelors Degree in a related field
